We are excited to announce that our friends at Sydney Film Festival (SFF), in partnership with Deutsche Bank, have launched an exciting new fellowship for Australian First Nations film creatives.
The Fellowship offers $20, 000 to further develop skills through international placement, or other professional development. Applications are currently open and close on the 18th of July. Screenwriters, producers, directors, actors and creatives with proven experience in their field are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be selected by a panel of key industry personnel, and will be announced at the Sydney Film Festival. For more information or to make a submission click here.
In addition to the Fellowship, Deutsche Bank will also support SFF, through a partnership alignment with the festival’s First Nations Film program. This will help to further the Sydney Film Festival’s commitment to the Australian First Nations film sector which is also supported by Screen Australia’s Indigenous Department.
The Sydney Film Festival takes place from the 18th – 29th August 2021.
