ALFRO is Animal Logic’s in-house procedural system for grooming hair, fur and even grass.
It’s a node-based system first used in 2011 for the film Sucker Punch and was initially built on top of Animal Logic’s in-house ALF graph evaluation system, which was ported over to Houdini during the animated feature, DC League of Super-Pets.
